What did the Staff Member(s) do?: break fear rp. it clearly states in the rules " Do not do anything that would risk your life under FearRP " He escaped the elevator even tho I had a gun pointed in his face.

Doesn't matter Holly. NotsoSliver left the elevator himself, WHILE AT GUN POINT. He tried to escape, which CLEARLY risks his life.

You've already had this explained to you but you just said that I made up the rule instead of listening to what I told you. Brandify was breaking me out and helping me escape and wanted me to step out of the elevator so he could press to button to free me. Brandify already told you that this was the case too and I even told you about the follwing rule and told you were it was.

Keep in mind Tyler. I was the guy kidnapping you, because he untied you does NOT mean the kidnap is over. I still had you in gunpoint, aka you are still my puppy. My point still stands, you walking away, EVEN THO I have a gun pointing right in your damn face.

What is your point Para? The fear RP was still active, no bullets was fired, he was under gun point, he had NO rights to escape me. He should've roleplayed, while being secretly untied by Brandify, but by escaping me and risking his own life, that is breaking FEAR RP.

2. No1 paid ransom
3. Brandify didnt "break" him out, he untied him, that's not breaking him out. Breaking someone out, means that you make sure that the owner of the kidnap does not see you, as that would put the kidnapped player to risk.

Para. You are kinda going out of topic here. This is about Tyler breaking fear RP. And I dont follow him from server to server, stop spitting out lies. The fact that you pull the victim card, to save your friend from a valid demote request, is really sad, and I did not see this coming from you.

False again. You did not warn me for harrasment because I never harrased him, nor did I target him.

By untying him I was 'breaking' him out, I did the /me followed by subtly to try and role play the situation out like he was still tied, and then I said, OK I'm holding your hands stay in the corner, as you can hear in the video, then he leaves the elevator I press the elevator button and he has escaped.

Therefore not rules was broken here.

Leaving the elevator while the kidnap is STILL going on, and a sniper pointed RIGHT in your face, that is not called breaking out. That is called putting your life to risk.

He wasn't kidnapped as I untied him, untying him is 'breaking him out'

It should be obvious based of that video that both you and Brandify play equal part in this kidnap. There were no instructions given for me to stay in there by you nor did you attempt to stop me from stepping out. You were also the one that sent the elevator to that floor.

You risked your life, because of the fact that I didn't free you. I was still actively kidnapping you, because Brandify untied you, that doesn't mean that I stopped the kidnap. Brandify went behind my back to untie you, I should have killed him for this. But this STILL does not mean you can risk your life by escaping a guy with a GUN in your head.

When someone is kidnapping you, they dont have to tell you not to run away, as its common sense, that you dont run away from someone that points a gun in your head. The reason I didn't kill you was because I didn't want the kidnap to be over, however I didn't expect you to break fear RP like that. Brandify backstabbed me, because he untied you, but because you are untied, doesnt mean the kidnap is over, the fear RP is still active as I conducted /me. You are not tied, however you are still being kidnapped. If I looked away, you would have the right to equip a gun, or run away. But by me pointing a gun at you, you cannot do ANY of this.
