Time and date - 7:31 8/12/2016 American Time [Don't know timezone]
Other comments - He did this many of times, before we decided to not try and raid again.
Reason - Demoting for Rule Break + Repeating it over and over
Story - So we were raiding these 4 people, and we failed the first raid, and waited our 10 minutes and NLR Timers, then he proceeded to demote us after our second attempt.
