Reason - (What rules did the person break?) U can clearly see on video to do spam kill.Banned him please.We need clear the rulebreakers.

No proof of Steam ID, this is the second ban request you've made without proof of the Steam ID. To obtain a Steam ID proof you need a screenshot or a video clip containing the "Tab Menu" of the accused player, hope you get the required Steam ID evidence next time.
