Staff Member(s) SteamID: Screenshots with the evidence What did the Staff Member(s) do?: basically breaking some rules , not using /me to tell some one to leave or die, raidable entities above 2 stories " i have been warned for using this spot before" , telling his friends to job abuse , and in they change to cops so he can nuke , then go back to gangsters, invisible or very hard to see props to get on the building , and on the building , and saying that he made what was in the video legal, and denying to help me after people broke nlr during a raid. Evidence: Video : Screen shots : http://imgur.com/a/xgVin Sorry to keep adding on , but the only reason that made me do this is i really like this server , so i want to help it get better , slayer did apologize more than once , and know what he did wrong , im not telling staff how they should do , but some admins / mods need to be trained for a longer period of time , slayer should not be demoted , just warned so admin know that they can and will get warned if needed, just a honest opinion. Many requests to demote him, I agree with all off the requests because he acts like he owns everything and doesn't follow the proctocol of how to behave with rule breakers. He says random shit like "I will act how I like".

ouch cant make rules for 1 and not the other.That vid shows a complete what not to do in zarp rp. You say he should not get demoted but there is no excuse for what he did and there is vid evidence, these are basic rules that are inplace to make it fair for all. as a admin he SHOULD know these with out fault.

Good job getting that evidence. Staff members are supposed to know all the rules, so when they break a rule, THEY KNOW THEY ARE BREAKING IT. Never say that its a mistake that should be forgiven since he consciously knew what he was doing. Staff members should be the ideal example of how to play the game without rule breaking and if a staff member is breaking a rule, you know there is something wrong
