What did the Staff Member(s) do?: He False warned me 3 times
1- Lying to an admin This did not happen because i have witness that heard our whole conversation
2- NLR he warned me for NLR because apparently he did not tell me i could go back when he did this is also the reason for thje lying to admin
3- Running from a sit i asked the admin to put me back he said ok so i said dont worry and ran of the building i was aloud to go back as i was being teleported back anyway!

You can't have a witness for evidence witnesses do not count as proof.

If you would like this to go anywhere you will need to provide some sufficient form of evidence.

Unless you have some sort of evidence it's going to be hard to sort through this. I sincerely doubt Para abused his powers in this situation, you've showed all day long you've been out of line. You've gotten four warnings today, including but not limited to posing as an accepted moderator hoping to get given the rank by stating you were accepted. You need to improve your attitude in game and get a grasp on the rules, you're obviously having a hard time following the rules and regulations on the server.

Snake , It appears that you have not given any evidence If you would like to see the staff member get punished then you will need to give evidence otherwise the staff members word will need to be trusted as well as this witnesses here at ZARP gaming are not used as a form of evidence because they can easily be bias and lie about the situation. Second of all looking at all the comments you have been rule breaking the whole day so I highly doubt that the punishments you were given were false and you have no evidence to back up that they were false. I will contact an owner for you to get a response to this but without proof this will most likely be Denied

I was in the sit that paramontana was in too , there was a super admin with us , Brandify
So.. when i was basing there was a guy who was wanted as snake was a swat sniper , he busted in , as an rp reason
after just a few secs he came back breaking NLR so i froze him and told me there is a wanted guy inside "A HEAD ADMIN TOLD ME THAT I CAN BREAK NLR WHEN THERE IS A WANTED GUY INSIDE" i called the SA (brandify) to tell him it isnt allowed after awhile i went to do some f1s and went to talk with clarky about a sit etc .... in the mid of clarky's sit i was called to paramontana's sit where snake is so after we finished clarky's sit i tped to them there was para , brandify and snake frozen , in the sit , so here is what happened snake was claiming that a HA told him that if a wanted guy is inside / in a district you can break NLR in it , within para saying its not allowed ...
so here is where it started to become out of hand making snake get warnings til he got banned
for me i was in that sit so here is the side of my story cuz im part of it ,
for me Snake is having troubles remembering the rules etc .. as morgan said
or for me you might be just paranoid ...

Hello Bud,
I have taken a look at your Abuse report but unfortunately you haven't added a single bit of evidence to back up your side of the story. We have a lot of people that don't want to be warned or banned so they make up a random story in their favour hoping it will help them out so because of that we require evidence either pictures, Video proof or logs so we can get the full story. You might not be lying but I have no idea with out it so this appeal with be denied. You can find some guides around the forums which will help you find ways capture the proof that is needed.
