this is the most clearest pics i could get out with , helping that it gives some story but this guy goes nuts and keeps rdming

You have not provided any SteamID proof which is a must have in a ban request, it can be proven by typing 'status' in console and taking a screenshot or taking a screenshot of the accused players "tab menu".

I'll keep an eye out for these users in game, unfortunately there's no steam id proof.
