Reason - Big gun as a citizen, constantly killing the everyone on the server without a valid role play reason.

Story - I had joined the server just to see what was happening I see a Citizen he pulls out a big gun and then kills me. Then later on go to the bank to set my shop up and then couple minutes later he returns and randomly kills me.
