Reason - He kicked Tincan for arresting him for having weapons and breaking NLR
Story - I went into his base which was unlocked as hitman and killed him because he had a bounty on his head for 5k so i shot him and Tincan seen it and chase me trying to taze me and then Esco was coming back to his base as we seen and followed him he went in Tincan wanted him for NLR and illegal Mac 10's and arrested him for it. Then esco kicked him for random arrest when it wasn't random

And the NLR I admit I might have done, I had been gone for 15-20 to make dinner.

I came back and was dead (My base was empty so I exptected some guy just killed me and left) I ran back there was Tincan and Reaper inside my base.
I walked in, the door kills Reaper and he accuses me of RDM, Tincan just rushes to me and arrests me WITHOUT making me wanted, for no reason.

The guns were on the floor dropped by someone who had died apparently with the guns in his pockets, I did not touch the guns / involve with them in any way.
