It's still not within the rules and never has been. I've read every word of the rules and have not found it. So until its added it's allowed.

Well, I always check the motd, I still do not see in the rules, everyone says its a rule, So I didn't really do it in purpose, I have also apologized from Helari and told him that I didn't know the rule.
