Other comments - (Anything else you want to add?) He also called me fucking noob wich sounded pretty mean.
Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Random warning maybe?
Story - (What happened?) I stole a guys car and he started shoot at me and hit my car but i didnt take damage but i jumped out and killed him. and vego froze me and warned me after scraped hes car. As im applying for mod i have 2 weeks without warnings and i need 3 weeks without warnings. i ahd 2 weeks D:

You can steal cars if you don't damage the owner any how. If you got in, he starts shooting you. Then you are allowed to kill him. If vevego froze you, that's abuse.

If you could provide evidence, it would be better.
