This guy is very disrespectful to people, everyday. When i see him on the server, i see him rulebreaking. This guy says that he has been banned (perma) around 5 times etc, and this guy doesnt care about the rules at all.

Reason -
Disrespect.

Story -
I was basing on server 2 (SSRP) and this guy started to trash-talk a person.
