Witnisses do not count as evidence even if it are 10+ players. This demote request is Highly immature of you, just because you dislike him or you had a unwell conversation on steam doesn't mean you need to demote him, If he indeed did something wrong you need to confront him of that rather then make a unneccesery demote request. Or atleast gather proof to make a demote request valid.
