TOPIC: Unnecessary Ban

It has come to my attention, that admins and several of ZARP's moderators do not understand rule number 1.1.
The rule states as following talks about how discrimination is not allowed on any form. It features several examples such as sexism, racism, and prejudicial remarks.
My friend and I were doing some RP. What we did was a joke which made many visitors laugh. That was until an admin by the name: Jalu, came along and ruined it. What we had done was not quite mature, but was no where near to what he accused us for and for the reason we got banned. He got mad at us for making the infamous structure in G-mod known as the Penus. He sited us to rule 1.1, which does not apply for what we were doing. He agreed that the act was of no racism or prejudicial remarks, however, he disagreed when we tried to make him understand that it was not sexism.
Firstly, he confused sexism with sexist, when we said "we are not being sexist" he replied with an impatient: "No, this is sexism", proving that he did not understand the full definition and relation of sexism and being sexist. By the means that to be sexist is to share the qualities of sexism.
Secondly, and most importantly he said we were discriminating. When we asked "in what form are we discriminating" he responded with simply "sexism". Hopefully, logic runs through the reader of this discussion, because putting dicks around is not discriminating a gender. It is not an act of separating gender roles and agreeing with stereotypical gender role (which is what sexism means). Dicks are a form of art which represent the male anatomy. Not an art form which shows stereotypical gender roles and discrimination of them. To call dicks sexism is something else, it is the quality of being a feminazi (retarted).

(P.S. I am just a little pissed, don't get mad plz. This is what happens when I get free time and I am not occupied by Zarp)

(This is not a issued case for having the right to put dicks around, it is a clarification of the rule 1.1 in which the admin misunderstood the meaning of sexism)

Anyways i told you over 3 times to stop i explained you the Rule more than once and you still continued

The admin told you 3 times to stop and he explained the rule 3 times aswell. You were just trolling.
It should be obvious that Putting Dicks around the map is against the rules (ban worthy).

You and your friend where litraly spamming penises all around the map to the point where it actualy got annoying and i started destroying them with an RPG at one point you almost blocked the shortcut from spawn to banker not against the rules but just being a massive dick. Litraly.

Well um it's not exactly sexism but it is still against the rules

What ever this mess is its denied. Go make a real appeal or just take your punishment.
