What did the Staff Member(s) do?: Wore a Designer's Suit as a mutant.

What server(s) was this on?: SSRP 1

Evidence: We had told him not to wear it earlier, so he took it off. 10 or so minutes later, he put it on and changed his job name.

Additional Notes: I don't think there is a need for a demotion, but I would like for him to be spoken to, thanks.
