Time and date (CET) - 6/9/2016, 5:00 pm EST

Other comments - His friend T DOG was helping him block off almost every tunnel, he tried changing his name because i confronted him, second photo is him with his name and first photo is his name after he changed only putting [PVG] in front

Reason - Propblock, Prop push, rdm, rda, spawn block.

Story - Him and his friend T DOG, and unfamous7 were helping rule break on server 1, they put up massive amounts of prop blocks/spawn blocks and rdm/rda people. T DOG and Vinny rdm'd, rda, prop blocked me multiple times

Without evidence, I cannot ban him. Once I've trained you for moderator though, feel free to punish him if you saw it with your own eyes and are positive these allegations are true.
