I placed the hit. Not Mini Ninja. So there is nothing wrong here and your evidence doesn't prove enough since it doesn't tell you who placed the hit, which was by me. So, you placed the hit on the newbie? Mini switched to kill him. The thing is, he needs to wait 5 minutes after switching to claim the bounty. He even did it in front of you. So stop protecting your friends please.. You know he did wrong.

Job Abuse: You may not switch jobs in order to instantly claim a hit, you also can't switch
 from a job that can't raid to a job that can raid in order to raid the base you are currently in.

It is not 5 minutes anymore

Rule was changed as DEADMONSTOR clearly showed you. And I think if you're saying I'm only doing this to defend my friend, I'm actually speaking the truth like I would normally do. So let me get you that video footage if I can

The rule state's Instantly, Your proof doesn't actually seem that valid to back up the instantly report. This could be over and done with by just saying to the member of staff did you do that and speak to him, No need to report lad even though I believe you need more proof that clearly shows what happened. I have looked over your Report and came to the following conclusion

Conclusion

I checked those logs yesterday when i was asked to check them i did not think much of it back then.
Now that i actually see a report being placed against a admin for claiming a hit after 20 seconds
i want to show you how long 20 seconds actualy is.
I do not concider this as instant there for i am denying this
