Time and date (CET) - (When did it happend?) 1 and a half hour ago.
Other comments - (Anything else you want to add?) He's been Spawning his Dupe as a COP in vault and when he died he wont remove it he will break nlr and remove and paste again
Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Nlr, pasting a dupe in vault as a cop, dying and not removing the dupe in vault
Story - (What happened?) Well i went to raid the vault and this guy eventually had his dupe down and i killed him and he broke nlr and removed it and repasted it again.
Proof - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.) Proof

I'll confront him about this next time I see him, and punish him if I feel it's necessary.
