Do you explain the rule to them, it looks as if the player is new and picked the gun up off the floor people are always dropping the gang weapons when they spawn.

Try that when you get RDM'd or they ignore you.

He might have been told off for it as seen Zoom who is a ssrp moderator is in the backround looking diagnol near seeing the accused player

He seems like a new player and he probably didn't even know the rules.I will talk to him about the rules if i see him in-game.I suggest you to make an f1 instead of coming to the forums for that small rulebreak bud.
