TOPIC: Wizzardzz and Cyber abuse on TS3

Name - Wizardzz and Cyber
Steam-ID - Not sure
Evidence of Steam-ID - Don't have any, it's a reocrding
Server - Teamspeak server
Time and date (CET) - 16:00~
Other comments - A lot of abuse including being called an Autistic Russian (I'm neither) and told ot fuck off
Reason - Disrespect, abuse.. was telling me that I was going to be banned for joining the channel
Story - Please listen to the above clip. I joined the TS3 server and saw that Cyber (an admin) was in Chatroom 2 and as I had a problem on Sever 2 I popped into the channel for a chat. I was promptly told to fuck off and if I didn't fuck off I'd get banned from the channel/server. Seeing as neither Wizzardz or Cyber are TS3 admins that would be interesting.. Please listen to the clip and hear the abuse that's hurled at me. I don't think Wizzardz deserves to be in the community with an attitude like that and neither do I think Cyber should be in a position of staff.
It's been mentioned below that he was on CSGO, how am I supposed to know? I join and if he tells me that that's fine but I didn't know to begin with and was never told.

You provoked them by recording when they didn't want you to.

You know its against the law to record someone without his permission right?+ Against Zarp ts rules

The rule anyways states that you're able to record if someone is breaking rules, so since he's made a report abuse we have to assume that something happened before he started recording to make him record.

You never explicitly asked for help in the recording until Para came in.

I've talked to Cyber about the incident and he states that he was playing CS, and you came in and started recording.

There is insufficient proof for me to take action against Cyber, but I'll talk to Wizard for his language.
