Time - 2 Hours Ago (May 2nd 2016)
Story - I Raided him at the vault he got mad and begged me to defib him and defibed him i killed him again and said "You Cunt" And came Back after 1:37 minutes i think he didn't wait the whole 3 Minutes so it's half of The 3 minutes.
Proof -
Extra information - I Hope you Warn Him ASAP and Give him his Punishment
+ He lied in the sit told B4nQk0k That i Nlr'd and rdm'd him with no proof and no logs that say that i killed him, i Don't have Proof/Video of him saying That but B4nQk0k Heard it (Nial said it).

I have looked over your report and came to the following conclusion

Conclusion

This clearly looks like NLR to me but sadly since you do not provide the Steam ID of said player there is nothing we can do with this proof as it could have been some one else  . and could have been staged just to get some one in trouble. 
I advise you to next time get proof of the steam id as well
