Name - Kava40k (Steam Name: Putin dick head)
Steam-ID - STEAM_0:1:76592178

Server : SSRP 2
Time and date : yesterday. (My internet crashed so i couldn't report.
Other comments: this guy had 10 kills as a citizen at first. (No proof)
Reason - Mass RDM. Farm killing.
Story - i was getting closer to spawn with my car, and he decided to kill me. Then when i spawned in, trying to leave.. he shot me in the head. Then i crashed.
Proof - proof of him playing for 5 mins with a lot of kills. Evidence of steamid shows when im dead at spawn.
