Reason - (What rules did the person break?) He abused the fact he had an arrest batton and weapon checker as a hitman, he might have done something to get those weapons. But instead of reporting it to an admin he had those he just RDA'ed as a hitman and weaponchecked people whilst he actually isn't allowed to or supposed to do.
