Other comments - (Anything else you want to add?) I know logs usually aren't proof, but this one is pretty clear + Fennster4 can confirm it happened, he was busy with other rulebreakers.
Reason - (What rules did the person break?) FailRP(raiding as a hobo), Mass RDM(6 kills, others wounded), Big gun as a hobo(c4), Raiding a building sign house.
Story - (What happened?) snowi had a C4 in his hands and was on purpose standing next to my base, then it blew up and killed 6 people, I tped him and said Fennster4 framed him or so.
Proof - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.)

I saw what happened, and it's obvious to me that he only wanted to destroy your building, since he thought that you were mistreating him since you built over where he was building. I talked with him before and he asked me how C4 worked, so I explained to him, I'm guessing he didn't understand it all, since in the sit he stated that he thought that he had to detonate it like a slam.

I'll give him a warning at the least or I'll give him more of a punishment if I see fit, because killing 6 people was not his intention.
