What did the Staff Member(s) do?: Breaking NLR when there was no active raid, we said him many times he is breaking NLR as you can hear in the video as well but he ignored as.

I have looked over the proof and the story you have provided. I can clearly see that Darth is breaking NLR when there is no active bank raid, meaning that is is indeed breaking NLR. I will talk to Darth about the situation. Thanks for spending the time to make this report!
