What did the Staff Member(s) do?:

False Warned me 3 times, then gave a 4th warning jumping into someone elses sit without speaking to me

I saw a base on a roof, the only signs it had were a sign saying "Canser" and a sign saying "RP Dank". I decided to raid it so I fired a milkor at it first, I was then tp'ed by AmerRox who told me I was raiding an RP House and a building base. He then warned me without giving me time to reply.

I then made an F1 asking for an Admin, AmerRox handled the F1, I explained to him there was no building sign and "RP Dank" isn't a valid sign for an RP House. He then warned me again for lying in a sit.

I made another F1 which was handled by Jayo, Jayo explained that since it was my word against his he couldnt do anything but I could try a forum post although in that sit AmerRox did say if he had been admin I would have got banned. Jayo asked AmerRox to leave and me and Jayo spoke some more. While we were talking Jayo said he had to talk to Para on Teamspeak about it so he must have minimised Gmod. I changed my job to hitman forgetting it would tp me to spawn, I came back to the roof instantly and pm'ed Jayo asking to come back up, he didnt reply so I done a quick prop climb to get back into the sit.

Instantly AmerRox who wasn't even part of the sit anymore came running over, froze me, and warned me without saying anything, I tried to get Jayos attention but he was still on Teamspeak and didn't see it... So I now have a 1hour console ban.

Saaaaarah will reply to this as she watched the raid and can back me up that there was no building signs or rp house signs.

Evidence: Saaaaarah has cofirmed there was NO signs up making the first 3 warnings invalid

I have to apologize since my game crashed as I tabbed out to speak to Paramontana on TeamSpeak. From my point of view this was word against word and there was no proof of the building sign being there or not. It would also be much better if Sarah posted on this herself rather then you speaking for her.

You broke a rule, even if you were in a sit you got punished for it....

I did see the whole thing and there was no building signs anywhere on the base, there was also no RP House sign anywhere. I don't believe the warnings for raiding RP House or raiding Building Base are right since there wasn't any signs up.

It's definitely not right to warn someone for lying when they try to tell you there wasn't any signs up.

AmerRox handled the whole thing horribly and from what I saw gave 3 false warnings.
The 4th warning he should have held a sit and spoken to the player instead of just warning him but the reason for the warning is a valid one.

Warning someone for lying in a sit is so stupid lol.

for the 4th warn he totally ignored you, he just said "you broke a rule yo" amerox staffing at its best!
