This is disgusting, it may be out of zarp but seeing a zarp staff member react this way is awful.

Unless he was rude or disrespectful in game, there is no proof of abuse as this is a steam chat. My advise is block or remove him off your friends list, sad to see people, especially staff this disrespectful.
