TOPIC: Unreasonable warn(s) by AmerRox

Reason - 3 warnings for camera spam, 1 for prop push and a kick for refusing to remove props.
Server - SSRP 1
Time - kicked twice (once today and once yesterday for 3 recent warns)
Story - To make it easier to understand, I'll break it down xD:

The camera spam
Yes, I admit I did camera spam. He was a radio manger on a stage 'singing' so I climbed up on stage to join him and started spamming my camera to act as lights (don't ask why xD). Anyway, he just warned me straight away without even giving me a verbal warning. I'm pretty sure this new policy thing says that staff need to tell people to stop, for example, camera spamming before warning them.

Prop push

As I am a noob when it comes to building I decided to make a base in a house near the banker. I spawned a prop to block the windows so people couldn't just walk into the base. When I tried moving it to the windows I pushed AmerRox and again, he just warned me for prop pushing.

The kick for 'refusing to remove props

So after I put the prop against the window some guy claimed the door the house where I put the prop. Then AmerRox demanded that I removed the prop and I was saying I put the prop there before he claimed the door. He then started counting down. I then moved this prop to the house opposite and claimed the door to base there instead. He then kicked me for 'refusing to remove prop'.

Extra information - This has no relevance to the above but earlier today someone killed me then he teleported me to a roof and asked why I killed him even though I didn't. I would've thought he would at least check the logs to make sure he knew exactly who killed him rather than accusing people that were in the area at the time.

I would like AmerRox to be spoken to about this and my warnings to me removed, (maybe ).

Proof is needed, but I feel that amerox should give his side of the story here because if your story is correct he did not handle this properly.

AmerRox abused me many times before he got demoted. I know he might do it again.
Just try to get some proof.

I actually made a point of this at the last meeting, people being warned without sits or being spoken to. I personally haven't seen Amerrox doing it but it definitely happens far too much.

I have warned him a lot of times and showed him how to handle everything.It seems like he doesn't learn or not trying to learn.I am just going to say sorry for his actions if thats true story here.

3rd of all if the guy owned the building just remove ur props like do not build in a unhabitat building and then a guy came and bought it and u claim that it;s urs and make a demote request on the guy who sold the house.

just please i am not harsh i give chances for people to fix their rule if they did not and kept doing it after i tell them for 2nd time i warn them and if he disrespected ill gag him for 30secs

I've had a talk with AmerRox about toning down the warnings and making sure to explain more stuff to the users. I've also told him to act more in-line with the ethos we have as a staff team.
