What did the Staff Member(s) do?:

My friend was basing, I hid down the street a little and sniped people trying to raid him. Legacy walked into the building past the KOS sign so I sniped him, he then came back straight away so I shot him running towards the building again breaking NLR.

We went to a sit where he accused me or RDM'ing him even though I explained to him I was defending a friends base.

After he warned me I made an F1 and spoke to Smo, I asked Smo repeatedly for a picture of the logs showing the time difference between the 2 deaths but he wouldn't give me them.... until roughly 10mins later he pm'ed me saying "Logs have been reset". I tried making and F1 for another staff member to come and give me a picture of the logs but none came.

What server(s) was this on?:
SSRP1

Unfortunately I only started recording during Legacys sit and don't have the actual raid on video.

Legacy Sit:

at 1:04 I said "Trying to arrest" I meant to say "Trying to raid"

This is not true , I was in the middle of the road , I was arrested and I was walking around looking for someone to unarrest me. Then you killed me , I respawned in the PD and went near the bank/double doors area where you killed me yet again. Being arrested is irrelevant, you were a gangster, walking into a building which was being raided by other gangsters, just because you were asking them to unnarest you doesn't change the fact you were there and clearly looked like part of the raid.

I commented in my first post I said "arrest" by accident, I meant to say raid. The whole conversation I said Raid except that one little slip up, don't try to use that as your defence.

I am very sorry there is simply not enough proof from any of you guys for us to take any kind of action. I wanna say though some of the handeling of the sits could have been done better by the staff member. I am very sorry if you had a bad experience with the staff member Thanks for your report!
