Story - (What happened?) So I saw him bhopping around the map then he posted the video of him bhoping wich you can se is not possible like this on ssrp

Video isn't proof enough. Cheatchecks are the only way to deal with this! Also bad quality, doesn't really proof that much. But thanks for the proof of the RDM! Just because you don't have access to Anti-Cheat, doesn't mean you can't punish a player for blatantly hacking. If you think he is hacking, confront him about it.
