4.14 Claiming Properties - You may only claim multiple rooms/buildings if you have enough people basing with you to make it worthwhile the owner of the house is the one that owns the front door. When taking over a district you must have one person in each house before blocking the district off. You CAN'T block a district that as a NPC inside.

The guy clearly didn't know what he was doing wrong instead of kicking him you should of explained the situation to him and helped him understand the rule. Now he still has no idea what the problem was and will likely do it again.

First of all he did not ask me if i had multiple friends coming, which i had. That also means that in this case rule 4.14 is invalid.

A kick was a bit harsh, he didnt bother to explain the rule, if you had doubts, he should of called a admin over to clarify.

He should maybe be talked to, i dont know about demoted for his actions.

I do agree with what you're saying.

I was completely aware of that rule, but seeing as it was invalid because i had friends connecting i ignored it.

First of all I can kick him if he did not remove the doors after saying no to me about three time's, also he checked the rules in the video so he should know them.

I think the video shows he handled it very unprofessionally.

But i don't think it was abuse..

I was aware of rule 4.14, but since he did not go into specifics i thought he was talking about a different rule, which is why i said i found nothing in the video.

We have spoken to Ryan he told us that he had already given you time to sell the doors prior to you starting the recording he then claims he came back to find you hadn't done what he had asked (when you started recording). We have spoken to Ryan about how he needs to be more patient, professional and understanding when handling situations. You still broke a rule and the admin (Ryan) punished you how they deemed appropriate and he claims he had given you many chances prior to recording. He has been spoken to about how he handles situations.
