He broke a rule, and there is clear proof. stop calling me as a "Framer", I'm not framing, I have something called shadowplay. So the thing is in this video you are fast forwarding, as soon as you get out of the Shift+Tab it cuts the video when its at 18:45.18. It cuts the video quickly so you don't know if he waited outside the district till it was over in the video that's why cutting your video in situations like that is bad. I recommend uploading the entire thing so they can see if he actually broke nlr or if you cut the video when he went in because when you cut it we don't know exactly what time it is afterwards so how do we know it was NLR.
-Support due to current proof.
0.50 in the backround you can see you are not spectating him then the video cuts and you are. his NLR would of been over at 45:58 which isn't long away so you could of cut it.

upload it. at 0:50 he had 43 seconds left on his NLR. If the video wasn't edited this would be around the 2 minutes and 40 seconds-3 minutes long at this point so I would recommend uploading the original video as stated before. Well, the German thing called GEMA dont allowes me to watch this video because of music or other stuff.
