Reason - (What rules did the person break?) 4.5 Roof Bases - Bases may be on a roof as long as there is a ramp leading up to it in which two people can stand side-by-side.

Story - (What happened?) Found this base that you cannot fit 2 people side by side and no admins would respond within 10 mins
