Reason - Randomly shooting many times only have one recorded but complained to Luan in teamspeak before recording him.
Story - He kept shooting me so i got evidence of him doing it and went into an f1. The person that did the f1 with me did not see that the video was good enough evidence. After the f1 he kept provoking me writing "lolol" and a few minutes after the f1 he randomly demoted me.
