Other comments - He killed alot more people than me.

Reason - He was rdming everyone.

Story - He was kos'ing everyone even if they were not police or had any guns. He was killing in the bank lobby when there was no bank raid.

I assume this is the only proof that you have otherwise you would have posted some more. And based on this one screenshot. Its simply not enough proof for any action to be taken. You could have shot at him first from what we know.
