There's not enough proof here to punish the player.
For the 1st screenshot, there may be a way out behind you. For the second, he looks like he just spawned in the dupe and needs to put down keypads and things like that, since he has his Advanced Duplicator Tool out.
For the 3rd and 4th, they could have been basing together, and it could be a two part base.
