Basically, I unfroze him so I could see if he would RDM again. Unfortunately he left at that moment, therefore you can't see the ZARP custom chat thingy.

Hey Bob, wow what is it with the gun dealers today? I doubt those 25+ kills within minutes could have been legit, and seeing as he attempted to RDM you as soon as he knew he was in trouble only makes him look worse. I'll get on and ban him, thanks for the report!
