Story - So I was basically walking around, patrolling the city when this person startes spawning props and proppushing people. Noone of the admins would respond to the F1, so Im reporting it here.

The proof is not quite solid, I see that he was indeed trapping players and might have attempted to prop push some. I will leave it to another admins decision what to do with him.
