I loss my diamond printer again ( people doing this to me every day!) and now when I'm asking to refund from admin his telling me no. last time some admin told me his only refunding when someon getting rdm or something

With no evidence of STEAM-ID or proof of your claims, there cannot be anything done. Try getting some proof on him if he gets back on, and about your diamond pickaxe i'm sure if you ask around someone will be generous enough to give you one of their own.
