He random demote me and i lost diamond pick

Quality isnt good but you can clearly see at screenshot he random demote me...

Hey Joker, looking over your evidence I can see that he did random demote you, and I'll warn him for it when I see him in game next. As for the Diamond Pick, we don't refund rulebreaks sadly, we only refund server issues. If you ask around in game i'm sure someone will be generous and give you one of their own. If you have any questions, you can talk with me on teamspeak or add me over steam.
