(Pretty clear attempt to) stun stick abuse

Story -
Well the S.W.A.T didn't know that cops cannot arrest each other. But instead of calling an admin, he decided to RDM his fellow cop. After that he also tried to stun stick abuse him.

I'll have this moved into the right section, watching the video now, will update this post with verdict!
