No valid proof of him doing it + He can arrest him for this like when you see someone using big gun you will try to start arresting him, He did use it and he saw it. Well i tried to talk to him first and as i said i know i am wrong i should goto him and check if he was busy
But he did something wrong too ,he left the sit without leting me talk to him and understand what happend
