Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Exploiting the trade system.
Story - (What happened?)So basically, this guy, came up to me and said, I want to buy a ThunderGun for 7m but I only had blue print. So at the time, I said, but it for 2m and then craft it for 5m. He said he didn't know how to craft it, which I thought it was odd. So he gave me a trade and said, 7m for Thundergun. So I put in the thundergun and he waited until I pressed confirm trade and then he switched it to $1 and walked away. After I said that I recorded him exploiting, he left the game. Came back on under a different name and started trying to sell it.
