elza or her name and we were kidnapping her and i thought she called for backup

That looks like rdm to me you can't just assume things because he clearly never shot at you and doesn't seem like he planned too at all so with that evidence I will go ahead and +support this

He is no longer staff, he was demoted in game.

It was still rdm, he did not shoot at you and you didn't warn him to back away or you would kill him. Also looking at the video you can see he looked in a building right when he came around the corner and turns around then you kill him so it was rdm

this player was minding his own business he posed no threat to you and he didn't even pay any attention to you and you failed to warn him about backing away if you was doing something anyway which i don't think you was.
