Story - First Alex told another runner as dead that the trap had been used, then Geralt did the same on another trap.

Because the Death was about to reactivate - and it's my job to not allow rulebreaking? It was either I tell him it's activated which he mustn't have know or he gets slain and warned. Also, there was a corpse than the runners could easily see right next to the trap.

I'm sure you're unaware of the fact that Staff Members are allowed to notify the deaths that a trap has been activated; it's their job to keep the server rulebreaker-free. If the deaths didn't know they would just reactivate the trap without knowing it's been activated, how are they meant to know?
