Random fine shit and then RDM

Story

I was going after holly he was in a lambo, he stops at a street with a police guy in front of him, i come to the right side pretty fast and the police guy goes in front of me so i couldnt stop and ran him over. Then holly says that i need to get out of the car and pay a fine to him, i say why i would pay a fine to him, he says drunk driving, its not a thing and it doesnt make sense to fine me for it when i wasnt wanted or anything. so i get in my car, he pushes me out again to try and arrest me, i go back in and drive away and holly shoots me out of the car for drunk driving. That isnt even a rule.

Warn isnt really needed but atleast spoken to, cause this is just unacceptable, making rules up so i have to pay HIM, its like mugging as a police officer

You're right. It isn't a rule.

Should've come under something along the lines of 'wreckless driving' -as far as I'm aware there is no alcohol in RP however, it could've been 'driving under the influence of a substance'.

One cannot assume another is drunk driving. One also cannot kill one in a car if they refuse to get out. In addition, one cannot refuse a fine, if they do, cops can arrest them, (I believe).

Holly did in fact RDM him, he is allowed to place a fine though, but with specific RP purposes. Part of RP though.

Drunk driving is a RP thing, the mayor can prohibit/allow it, but if it starts causing people to CDM, it'll be in the admin's hands to deal with it.
