Reason - FailRP twice plus he already has a recent warning for FailRP, do not know the warning details but may also be for this reason.

Story - Both times he was wanted, first time he was tased and then used kill command to avoid arrest, Second time he trapped himself behind a door to bide time when I was about to arrest him and then used kill command to avoid being arrested. I also caught him a third time but did not manage to take a screenshot quick enough before his name disappeared so no proof for the third one. But screenshot one is for Yesterday and Screenshot Two is for today.

But I am not sure how else I could get evidence against this, this has happened before and someone got warned for it. I used the same sort of evidence when someone else did it to me and he got warned. How else do you get evidence of people killing themselves using console it is impossible. So everyone can actually get away with this as it is impossible for a user to get proof of someone else using a command. Really wish that something could be done as it is not fair that people can rulebreak and save 1000s of cash and nothing can be done about it.

On another note he was just kicked for having too many warnings not sure if part of this appeal.
