Story - (What happened?) I wasn't able to record it as for I literally logged on as for him coming up to me and saying 'Guess What' killing me - for no reason (2.1 - Proof will show almost everything) and for having an Sniper Rifle as a Citizen.

I've reviewed the evidence you have provided in this warn request.There is no sufficient proof of him killing you. I do see him holding a sniper rifle, and that is indeed against the Citizen job rules. I'll warn him as soon as possible for having a big gun as Citizen.
