What did the Staff Member(s) do?:

So it started when I was just playing TTT as a innocent, and then all of a sudden the detective dies next to me. I then identify it, and he comes up the ramp on the TTT_Roof map and then kills me with a shotgun. I then report him, and he says, you were standing on a detectives body which is not identified (How would he know that if its not identified?) Also halfway through he said "what was i supposed to think? I saw you standing on a Detective", Im sorry i wasnt recording btw.

This is hardly valid evidence, even if you had enough evidence on this. It's not demote worthy. I'm also just assuming you didn't confirm the death of the detective(same as identifying bodies). Not really a demote worthy, a talk would do.
Not enough evidence, unless there was another admin online to clarify this.
If you didn't know already, he could have saw the dead detective body and it wasn't identified. Things that could say that it was a detective would be items such as golden deagle and ID scanner if it hasn't been picked up already. Also I believe the detective has the Sherlock hat.

Annoying phone.

Also the thing that Harridas mentioned about giving time to identify bodies.

You didn't even provide proof of you identifying the body.
