Edit - what i mean is when i was staff we never counted PD as a base thus no raid timer.

We must demote RedPowder+Steam+Morgz+Keith then because they didnt even care about raid timer yesterday they kept raiding it after their nlr

Well, seeing as the PD is the main HQ for the police, a building which they depend on to keep criminals in check, I took this definition from google from the word base.
