What did the Staff Member(s) do?: These two raided PD twice in the span of 4 minutes. I was trying to build as well. :c

What server(s) was this on?: Server 1

I would like to also request that bank vault/PD raid cooldowns are cleared up in the rules.

PD is technically not a base, unless there will be a specific rule about the PD I don't think actions will be taken as this is not a clear rule. However I believe people should still be careful and don't abuse it.

It's against the rules. People raid the PD, thus it is surely classified as a base. There are raidable entities in there, otherwise people wouldn't raid it, and the definition of a base is a building with raidable entities.

Let me upload 1 hour lenght video wich shows +15 players and RedPowder+Steam+Morgz+Keith keeps raiding the pd without waiting 10 min we raided pd with RedPowder 1 hour along without cooldown thats the point thats why i thinked there is no cooldown on pd and i still think there isn't
